spring break...

is FINALLY here! i'm excited for some time to spend with the boy. this semester he is just swamped with reading and writing. i guess that's what you get when you take 4 writing intensives no? lol. not going anywhere special this year. but, it should still be fun. i plan to go karaoke as much as i can && sing my hearts desire. lol. anyway, i just love this video of this 3 year old girl describing one of the star wars movies.

"r2 and the shiny guy...the shiny guy always worries." =P

got the danity kane album on tuesday and i like most of the songs. if you like them then i recommend to buy it or get a copy from someone. =)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!! i miss you everyday, all day. there isn't a day or minute or second that i don't think of you.

today she would've been 62 years old. boy, she didn't look her age at all. so, in our family when a birthday rolls around we go out to dinner at...drum roll please!...chili's. lol. i don't know when or how it started but it's a tradition. i guess it's the molten chocolate cake that gets us all excited. but, today we went to kuru kuru for a really early dinner. kuru kuru is a sushi place that my dad, my sister, my boyfriend and i love to go. it's so good that we have a weekly family dinner there. =] i hope my dad was okay today. he's not a very open person when it comes to how much he misses our mom. i mean he tells us but i don't think what he tells us scratches the surface of how much he actually misses her. she was everything to him and he was everything to her. he treated my mother wonderful and i always wanted to find someone who would take care of me like my dad did for my mom. fortunately, i did find someone who treats me like my dad treated my mom...and i think he came to me at the right time.

i didn't make it to her grave today but after work tomorrow i'm gonna visit her. she's been gone for almost two years now but it doesn't get any easier. you can never understand the meaning of loss until you lose someone so close to you. so, i always tell my friends and my boyfriend to spend time or something because the more time you spend with them, the more memories you have to remember later on. so to close this somewhat depressing entry...happy birthday mom!! i miss you and i love you.

well i was pretty bored this past hour because my bf went to his friend's house by my request so i tweaked my page. i needed something to do other than homework. some schools are on spring break already and all i want to do is BE on spring break. this week is holy week at church so i'll be busy with that. oh, that reminds me...HAPPY ST. PATTY'S DAY!

so, yesterday matt's parents left for vegas. so, again me and him are going to play house w/ our two crazy dogs. while parents play in vegas...kids will play at home. we had the friends over last night (of course his parents and neighbors knew...we're responsible like that) and it was a ton of fun like always.

my dad stopped by on his rented motocycle and everyone was blown away. i hate when people go, "omg, your dad is so hot!". i mean i got to admit he is a handsome devil...my mother; may she rest in peace; was one lucky woman. =] but, after a full day of riding his bike w/ my cousin for a day..he was exhausted. i will post some pictures up of my dad and the party when all pictures are gathered. me and my sister were a bit worried by his exhaustion only because him and my cousin were going to ride around the whole island the next morning...well today. but jason was only going to be here until monday evening. they had fun and it was something that my dad and cousin were looking forward to for a couple of months. when i picked them up after they were tired!! lol.

Well i've always wanted to start up a new blog but never got to it.
I have a xanga page but i'm just not into it anymore.
So this entry is going to be short just until i figure out what i want to do with this.
I'm sure that i'll be blogging maybe two days out of the week or whenever i have something awesome to share. So that's all for now. here's some pictures from girls day. =)
